Bed and breakfast
Two adjoining bedrooms let together, with their own private bathroom. Homemade breakfast and cleaning included.
High season: from 1 to 30 September and from 21 April to 30 June.
Low season: from 1 October to 20 April.
- 2 nights minimum.
- From 8 nights: 15% off the stay.
- Children under 2 stay free (cot and high chair available). From age 2, a child counts as one guest.
- 5 guests or more: on request.
- Pets: €25 per pet per stay.
- Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 11 am.
Whole villa
The whole house to yourselves: 4 bedrooms, up to 10 guests*, swimming pool. End-of-stay cleaning included.
* 8 adults, plus 1 adult, 2 teenagers or 2 children on the extra bed (a sofa bed).
- 4 nights minimum, arrival any day subject to availability.
- Pets: €70 per pet per stay.
- Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Prices include VAT. Tourist tax extra. No security deposit.

Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit. Without payment within that time, the dates are released. An email sums everything up.
Payment, one simple rule
- Booking more than 60 days before arrival: 50% deposit, balance 60 days before arrival.
- Booking less than 60 days before arrival: 100% when booking.
- Everything is paid before your stay, by bank transfer.
Cancellation
Amounts paid are non-refundable. If we cancel, we refund twice the deposit.

What we agree on.
Villa Plaisance offers two distinct options: the bed and breakfast from September to June, and the whole villa in July and August. These terms apply to bookings made directly with us. For a booking via Airbnb or Booking, the platform's terms apply.
1. Booking directly
You send a booking request (form, email or phone). This is not yet a booking: we check and reply within 24 hours.
If you confirm, we hold the dates for 4 working days. The booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit; without payment within that time, the dates are released. For the bed and breakfast, an email sums up the stay, the price and the terms; for the whole villa, a rental agreement is signed.
Prices include all taxes. The tourist tax, collected for the municipality of Bédarrides, is added to the price. There is no separate cleaning fee: cleaning is included in the nightly rate.
2. Payment and cancellation
The same rule applies to the bed and breakfast and the whole villa:
- booking made more than 60 days before arrival: 50% deposit when booking, balance 60 days before arrival;
- booking made less than 60 days before arrival: 100% when booking.
Everything is paid before your stay, by bank transfer.
Sums paid in advance are a deposit (arrhes): if you cancel, it is not refunded; if we cancel, we refund you twice the deposit (article L214-1 of the Consumer Code and article 1590 of the Civil Code).
As for any accommodation booked for specific dates, there is no right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
3. Bed and breakfast (September to June)
Price per night, homemade breakfast and cleaning included: €95 for 1 or 2 guests in low season, €110 in high season. €30 per extra guest per night beyond 2 (3 guests: €125 / €140; 4 guests: €155 / €170).
High season: from 1 to 30 September and from 21 April to 30 June. Low season: from 1 October to 20 April.
Minimum stay: 2 nights. From 8 nights: 15% off the stay.
Children under 2 stay free (cot and high chair available); from age 2, a child counts as one guest. 5 guests or more: on request.
Pets welcome: €25 per pet per stay.
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 11 am. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 am, at a time agreed the day before.
Capacity: 4 adults, plus 2 teenagers or 1 adult on the sofa bed.
4. The whole villa (July and August)
Price: €425 per night for the house, up to 10 guests, with no per-guest supplement. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included. From 16 nights: €365.50 per night (14% off).
Minimum stay: 4 nights, arrival any day subject to availability.
Pets welcome: €70 per pet per stay (in summer, pet hair calls for a thorough cleaning of the whole house); assistance animals free.
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Capacity: 8 adults in the 4 bedrooms, plus 1 adult, 2 teenagers or 2 children on the sofa bed.
Pool: yours throughout your stay, except for a daily slot, agreed at the start of your stay with Alexandre, the owner of the house, who lives next door.
5. During your stay
There is no security deposit. As provided by article 1732 of the Civil Code, the tenant is liable for damage and losses occurring during their stay, unless they prove these occurred through no fault of their own. We recommend checking that your home insurance covers holiday stays.
Please respect the peace of the neighbourhood and report any damage or malfunction as soon as it occurs.
