In July and August, Villa Plaisance is entirely yours, on two levels. Upstairs, air-conditioned: two bedrooms, the living room, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. On the cooler garden level: two bedrooms, one of which opens directly onto the garden. Two bathrooms and a separate WC complete the house. Outside, the 12 × 6 m pool, the big olive tree and a hectare of AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape vines.

A family holiday, a week with friends, a gathering across generations: in July and August, Villa Plaisance is rented as a whole, from 4 nights, in Bédarrides, between Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, the pool and the garden at the foot of a hectare of vines: you live in the house as if it were your own, in complete independence.

Four bedrooms, four worlds.
Two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms on the ground floor, close to the garden. Each has its own personality: books, an arch, greenery, the seventies. All mattresses are steam-cleaned under high pressure after each departure.

Bright, with two large windows, one facing the sunrise, the other the green side of the house. A 160×200 bed, 1970s furniture and a French window opening straight onto the garden. Television. On the ground floor, without air conditioning, but naturally cool too, and equipped with an electric fan. The most unusual room in the villa.

A kitchen for ten, a table for everyone.
Upstairs, in the cool of the air conditioning, this is where the house comes together: cooking as a group, long dinners, and in the morning, coffee facing the pool, with Mont Ventoux in the distance when the sky is clear.
Made for entertaining
Induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge, microwave, small appliances and tableware for ten. Enough to bring back Cavaillon melons and cheeses from the market, and cook for everyone without ever running short.
The long table
A table where ten people sit without rubbing elbows, for meals that linger and card games that never end. The living room, air-conditioned, stays cool in the hot hours, and hosts naps and evenings in front of the TV.

At the heart of the garden.
During your stay, the fenced 12 × 6 m pool is at your disposal. The one exception: a daily slot, agreed at the start of your stay with Alexandre, the owner of the house, when his family, who live next door, also come to cool off. The rest of the time, it is yours.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?
8 adults, plus 1 adult or 2 teenagers on the sofa bed, in 4 bedrooms. Upstairs, air-conditioned: the Green Room (160×200 bed, queen size, TV) and the Blue Room (2 × 90×200 beds joinable into 180×200, king size, sofa bed). On the ground floor, naturally cooler and each equipped with an electric fan: the Arch Room (140 bed, TV) and the 70's Room (160×200 bed, TV, direct garden access). Travel cot and high chair on request.
Is the pool reserved for guests?
Almost entirely. The fenced 12 × 6 m pool is yours throughout your stay, except for a daily slot, agreed at the start of your stay with Alexandre, the owner of the house, who lives next door.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge, fan oven, microwave, small appliances, cookware and tableware for 10 people.
Is linen provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided. If you need to wash them during your stay, the large bathroom has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and there is a large washing line behind the house. Please bring your own pool towels: we do not rent them for the villa.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum stay is 4 nights, with arrival on any day subject to availability.
Are there shops nearby?
Yes, Bédarrides has bakeries, a small supermarket, restaurants and a pharmacy. The nearest supermarket is in Sorgues, 5 minutes by car.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. We simply ask you to leave the house reasonably tidy: no dirty dishes (if you run a last dishwasher cycle, please empty it and put the dishes away), the fridge emptied, used sheets and towels gathered at the foot of each bed, and nothing left lying around outside. Rubbish goes in the two "Villa Plaisance" bins (general waste and recycling). Glass bottles go to the bottle bank, never in the bins: we will show you where it is.
How do I book the villa?
On Airbnb, or directly by sending us a booking request: we reply within 24 hours, then a rental contract is signed.
