From September to June, when the house opens as a bed and breakfast, you are the one I look after: a homemade breakfast every morning, never the same twice, a tasting booked for you in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a programme of visits tailored to you. In July and August, when you rent the whole villa, it is the house I prepare, so that everything is ready when you arrive and you can live in it freely. Always reachable, never intrusive: at Villa Plaisance, in Bédarrides, hospitality is made to measure.

Who I am.
My name is Jorge and I run Villa Plaisance, in Bédarrides. I welcome you as a bed and breakfast from September to June, and I prepare the house for the whole-villa rental in July and August.
My roots.
I was born in Lyon. I first worked in tourism, as a planning manager, then in visual communication, in print and digital. Life then led me to this house, which I now manage.
My passions.
Cooking, first of all: it is what makes your breakfasts never the same twice. And bargain hunting: every object I find joins the house, whose decoration changes with the seasons.
My philosophy.
Discreet, but always available. I let you live your stay at your own pace, and I am there as soon as you need advice, an address or a helping hand.
Three details.
I repaired the house's espresso machine and stand mixer myself: the breakfast brioche owes me a lot.
The website you are reading, I designed and coded myself.
I make a point of pressing the morning juice in a cold-press juicer, to the minute, just before it is served to you.
